Affiliate Disclosure
Affiliate Disclosure
DigiTool Shed doesn't currently use affiliate links. If we add them, here's how they'll work: if you click one and sign up or buy, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you — and the link will be clearly labeled where it appears.
How disclosures appear
- Near the recommendation, not hidden in the footer alone.
- In plain language, not legal jargon.
- On any page where a ranking or comparison could influence a purchase.
Editorial rule
Compensation is never the reason a tool gets recommended. The best fit for the job comes first — disclosure just makes the business model transparent.
What this means for review pages
Software comparisons, template roundups, and vendor lists carry a short disclosure near the top and link back here for the fuller explanation.
